The Incident Management module is used for managing problems reported by users related to interrupted IT services. Incident Console consists of two views, namely User View and Agent View. The Service Level Agreement configuration is separate from other modules, allowing SLA calculations to be carried out independently, and not dependent on the modules being run. Service Catalog is a function that is used to list all IT services, including support requests, requests for goods or assets, etc. Each request we can set workflow and approval level, so after user request something the process can run automatically for assignment group and approval.
